On an E-facing slope. Circular grass-covered platform (diam. 27.6m N-S; 26.3m E-W; H 1.1-1.9m) with a slight bank (int. H 0.25m) on the perimeter ESE-SW, separated by a rounded fosse (Wth of top 9.3-11.3m; Wth of base 2.3-3.7m; D 0.35-0.95m) from an outer bank (H 0.15m) which only survives W-NW and NNE-ENE. The entrance and causeway (Wth 3.5m) are at SSW, and the edge of the platform is damaged by quarrying N-ESE (max. ext. diam. 53.5m E-W; 48.6m N-S). Rath (RO039-013----) is c. 130m to the E.
