Marked as an oval or D-shaped feature (dims c. 105m N-S; c. 80m E-W) only on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map (GA020), and situated towards the bottom of the NW-facing slope of an ENE-WSW ridge. It is not visible at ground level in pasture and was probably a large field.
