On a gentle SE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 30.7m E-W; 30.4m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.7-4.7m; int. H 0.1-0.2m; ext. H 0.2-0.8m) SSE-W-NNW, and a scarp (H 0.35-1.1m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, and the damaged perimeter grows mature deciduous trees. A hut-site (RO038-042002-) (ext. diam. 6m) defined by a low earthen bank which was inside the perimeter at ESE in 1975 (SMR file) is no longer evident.
