On the N-facing slope of a WNW-ESE ridge. Circular grass and rush-covered area (diam. 34.6m N-S; 33m E-W) defined by slight traces of a bank (int. H 0.1-0.3m) N-NNE and SSE-SSW, and a rounded but overgrown fosse (Wth of top 5.7-7.8m; Wth of base 2-4.5m; int. D 0.8-1.5m; ext. D 0.6-1.05m) ESE-S-NW, which is circumscribed by a field bank SW-NW. The ramp entrance (Wth 2m) is at SW. Rath (RO038-030----) is c. 190m to the NE.
