On a gentle S-facing slope of a broad low hill. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 46m E-W; 44m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 1.6-2.8m; int. H 0.15-0.6m; ext. H 0.75-1.1m) SW-N which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.85m) elsewhere, and by an overgrown rounded fosse (Wth of base 2.2-2.6m; D 0.3-0.65m) WNW-N-SE which has been re-cut as a drain SW-WNW and backfilled at N and E-SE. The fosse is truncated by a road wall at S, and there is no identifiable original entrance.
