Towards the top of the gentle N-facing slope of a hill. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 60m) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 1.45-2.7m; int. H 0.1-0.3m; ext. H 0.9-1.75m), and a rounded fosse (Wth of top 4.5-5m; Wth of base 1.8-3m; D 0.7-0.9m) SE-NW. The bank is incorporated into a field wall E-SE which continues on the outer edge of the fosse SE-SSW. There is an entrance (Wth 3m) at NW, but the original entrance (Wth 2m) is at ESE. Barrow (RO035-077----) is c. 120m to the SSW.
