Towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 34m E-W; 31m N-S) defined by an earth and stone bank (at S: Wth 4.6m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.7m) with some scrub which has been quarried NW-NE, and a rounded fosse (at S: Wth of top 7.2m; Wth of base 2m; D 0.3m). There is an entrance (Wth 2.8m) and causeway (Wth 3.3m; H 0.5m) at NE, and the monument is bisected by an ENE-WSW field wall (max. ext. diam. 50m N-S).
