On a slight E-facing slope towards the E end of a low WNW-ESE ridge. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 32m N-S; 26.4m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.4-0.5m) N-E-S with slight traces of a fosse (Wth of base 2-2.6m) N-E-S. It is bisected by a N-S field wall and hedge, and the perimeter has been excavated into large ponds S-W-N. There is no identifiable original entrance.
