On a gentle W-facing slope of a broad W-E spur, and first identified by Gannon (1972). This is a rectangular grass-covered area (dims 22m N-S; 19.5m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.8m) at N and earthen banks (Wth 2.5-3.2m; int. H 0.35m; ext. H 0.8-1.05m) at W and S, but it is truncated by a field bank and hedge at E. The SW angle encroaches on rath (RO034-075----), distorting its perimeter at NE.
