On a S-facing slope of a broad WNW-ESE ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 110m N-S; 106m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.7-3.75m; int. H 0.25-0.4m; ext. H 0.55m at W to 1.3m at ESE) with some scrub W-N-SSE which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.5-1m) elsewhere, and traces of a fosse (Wth of base 1.7m; D 0.2m) SW-WSW. There is an entrance (Wth 2.8m) at ESE and part of the bank has been levelled at N (L 10m). The interior is overlain by the remains of a N-S field bank, just E of the centre.
