On the NE-facing slope of a WNW-ESE ridge. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 33.3m E-W; 29.7m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.5-4m; int. H 0.5-0.6m N-E to 0.8-1.1m S-W; ext. H 1.1-2m). The monument is overlain by a NNE-SSW field bank at W and the perimeter is reduced to a scarp (H 0.4m) W of this. There are traces of inner facing-stones on the bank at E and the entrance (Wth 2.2m) is at ESE, but there is no visible fosse. The bank is badly poached N-E. Rath (RO032-063----) is c. 210m to the WNW.
