On a level landscape. Subcircular overgrown area (dims 38m N-S; 34m E-W) defined by an overgrown and eroded earthen bank (Wth 6-8m; int. H 1-1.9m; ext. H 1.4-1.6m) E-S which is incorporated into a field bank S-NW and reduced to a scarp (H 0.6m) NW-E. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance.
