On the E-facing slope of Slieve Bawn. Circular scrub-covered area (diam. 30m E-W; 29m N-S) defined by an overgrown fosse (Wth of top 3-4.1m; Wth of base 1.2-2.5m; int. D 1.1-1.6m; ext. D 0.5-0.9m) which has a field bank outside it at E and was re-cut as a drain S-W-N. There is no identifiable original entrance.
