On the S bank of a small NW-SE stream. Circular overgrown area (diam. 35m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-4.8m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.2-1.4m), which is reduced to a scarp NNE-ENE, with a fosse (Wth of top 3.7m; Wth of base 2.2m; D 0.3m) SE-W-NNW. There is no identifiable original entrance. Rath (RO029-083----) is c. 140m to the NNE.
