Marked as a circular embanked enclosure overlain by a NW-SE roadway on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. It is situated on a gentle SE-facing slope. Described as an enclosure defined by a bank and fosse overlain by a NW-SE road (Gannon 1972). It is visible now as a circular grass-covered area (diam. 35m N-S; 33m E-W) defined by slight traces of a reed-filled fosse (Wth 2.3-4m; D 0.1-0.4m) on either side of the NW-SE road.
