On a level landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 38m NE-SW; c. 38m NW-SE) defined by a scarp (at NE: Wth 2m; H 1.1m) with the remains of an earthen bank (Wth of base 5.5m; Wth of top 2m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.8m) at SW. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, and the monument is slightly truncated by a NW-SE farm track at S. Rath (RO028-0021----) is c. 180m to the NNW.
