Towards the bottom of a gentle E-facing slope with a W-E river or drain c. 160m to the S. An arc of an overgrown bank (Wth 2.8m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.5m) and outer fosse (Wth of top 2.6m; Wth of base 1.8m; D 0.2m) survive NW-NE and are incorporated into a field bank and hedge (at E: Wth 3.6m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1.4m) NE-S-NW (diam. c. 30m). The grass-covered interior is overlain by WNW-ESE field banks at N and S, but the original entrance is not identified. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
