Towards the top of a gentle W-facing slope. Overgrown D-shaped area (dims 40m NW-SE; 30m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (at SE: Wth 3m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.8m) and outer fosse (at SE: Wth of base 1.9m; D 0.2m). It has been truncated by a WNW-ESE field bank at NE and has a straight side at E. There is no identifiable original entrance. Rath (RO029-040----) is c 210m to the SW.
