At the crest of a gentle NE-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 51.3m N-S; 45.9m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 2.7-3.7m; int. H 0.4-0.5m; ext. H 1-1.2m) and outer fosse (Wth of top 4-5.6m; Wth of base 1.6-2m; D 0.5-0.9m). There is a modern entrance at S, but the original entrance is not identified.
