At the head of a slight NW-SE valley with a stream just to the NE. Subcircular grass-covered mound (dims 14m E-W; 10.5m N-S; H 0.3-0.6m) with a rectangular hollow (dims 3.7m E-W; 2m N-S) on the perimeter at S. Standing stone (RO028-225----) is c. 40m to the NW and fulacht fia (RO028-226----) is c. 50m to the N.
