On a gentle NE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 44.3m E-W; 43.9m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 5.3-5.8m; int. H 0.4-0.7m; ext. H 1.5-1.8m) and a rounded fosse (Wth of top 8-8.4m; Wth of base 3.6m; D 0.3-0.6m), which cannot be seen SSW-WSW. There is an entrance (Wth 1.7m) and causeway (Wth 4.5m) at ENE. Raths (RO028-1446---; RO028-145----) are c. 150m and c. 120m to the WNW and NW, while rath (RO028-149----) is c. 70m to the SE.
