On a level landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 44.3m N-S; 42m E-W) defined by an earthen bank with some bushes (Wth 4-5.8m; int. H 0.4-1.2m; ext. H 1.5-1.8m) which is poached, and a flat-bottomed fosse (Wth of top 5-5.8m; Wth of base 1.5-2m; D 0.4-0.6m) which is slightly truncated by a NE-SW field wall at NW. The entrance (Wth 2.1m) and causeway (Wth 2.3m) are at SE (ext. diam. 58.2m E-W; 57.7m N-S). Rath (RO028-140----) is c. 50m to the SE.
