At the crest of the S end of a broad NW-SE ridge overlooking a turlough c. 200m to the SW. Circular, domed and grass-covered mound (diam. 13.6m N-S; 13.4m E-W; H 0.6m) defined by a shallow fosse (Wth of base 7-10m; D 0.6m) and outer bank (at N: Wth 5.4m; ext. H 0.7m) SW-W-NE. The fosse is reduced to a berm (Wth 10-13m) defined by a scarp (H 0.2-0.4m) NE-E-SW, and the perimeter is clipped by a NW-SE field bank at NE and by a NE-SW field bank at SE. There is a shallow quarry (diam. 12m; D 0.1m) on the perimeter where it is conjoined with ring-barrow (RO-028-127002-) immediately to the W. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
