At the N edge of a broad plateau overlooking a slight E-W fold to the N. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 47m E-W; 43.7m N-S) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 3.5-6m; int. H 0.2m at N to 0.6m at S (upslope); ext. H 0.1m at S to 0.7m at N). There is an entrance (Wth 4m) at WSW and the monument is overlain by a N-S relict field wall. Moated site (RO028-084----) is c. 50m to the SE.
