A small fragment of an ogham stone was found in the demolition level of the church (RO028-075001-) and priest's house (RO028-075005-) during excavation (06E0655) (Shanahan 2006, 7). It has been read by F. Moore as MAQI ORA[C)(E) S (A) .... W[A]NI (or E, B or S) and may date to the 5th or early 6th century. The stone is presently in the care of the landowner.
