Marked faintly as a circular enclosure with trees (diam. c. 30m) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on the crest of a low NW-SE ridge. Described as a defaced earthen bank with tree stumps, and probably a tree ring (Gannon 1972). It is not visible at ground level on a golf course.
