Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 30m) on the 1837 and 1928 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated at the crest of the S-facing slope of a small hill. An arc (diam. 31m E-W) of an earthen bank (Wth 1m; H 0.4m) survives W-N-E, but the interior has been quarried (D 2-3m) to within 2-6m of the bank, which does not survive elsewhere.
