Just off the crest at the S end of the high NW-SE ridge of Mullaghcreigha Hill. Circular area (diam. 31.8m N-S; 31.5m E-W), overgrown with copised hazel and sloping down to the E (H of slope 1.4m), defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.8-5.9m; int. H 0.2-0.7m; ext. H 0.8m at E to 1.6m at N) and shallow outer fosse (Wth of top 4.8-5.9m; Wth of base 1.6-2.2m; D 0.2-0.6m). The entrance (Wth 2.4m) and causeway (Wth c. 5m) are at SE.
