On a gentle S-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 44.7m NNE-SSW; c. 39m WNW-ESE) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.8m; int. H 1.4m; ext. H 1.6m at NE) and outer fosse (Wth of top 3.7m; Wth of base 1.4m; D 0.5m at NE) NNE-E-SSE, but the perimeter is reduced to a low scarp SSE-SW and cannot be traced elsewhere. There is no identifiable original entrance.
