Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated at the E end of a low NW-SE drumlin ridge. An arc (C c. 20m) of an earthen bank (Wth 2.7m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.2m) and shallow fosse (Wth of top 3m; Wth of base 1.3m; D 0.2m) survive NNE-SE where they are incorporated into a field bank and hedge.
