On a broad, low rise. Oval or D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 68m N-S; 51.4m E-W) defined by an earthen bank with some bushes (Wth 3.7-3.8m; int. H 0.2-0.5m; ext. H 0.5-1m), which is reduced to a scarp N-NE (H 1.1m) and SSE-WSW (H 1.5m), and a shallow fosse (Wth of base 1.7-2m; D 0.2-0.6m) NW-E-SSW with traces of a later field bank outside it N-NE. There is no identifiable original entrance. Rath (RO023-020----) is c. 210m to the WSW.
