What is recorded here

At the W end of a low E-W ridge in an E-W valley. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 36.8m E-W; 36m E-W), which slopes down to the N (H of slope 2.2m) and S (H of slope 2m), defined by a scarp (H 1m at S to 2m at W and N), with a flat-bottomed fosse (Wth of top 10.7m; Wth of base 3.6m; int. D 1m; ext. D 0.5m) NE-SE which is reduced to a berm (Wth c. 8m) elsewhere. The ramp entrance (Wth 2m) is at E. Rath (RO022-058----) is c. 250m to the NNW and earthwork (RO022-059----) is c. 250m to the NE. See the attached aerial view taken from the NW.
