On a slight NNE-SSW ridge at the N edge of the Rathcroghan plateau with a quarry immediately to the S. Subcircular grass-covered and flat-topped earthen mound (dims of base 8m N-S; 6.8m E-W; diam. of top 3.2m; H 0.5m at S to 1m). Barrow (RO022-056019-) is c. 150m to the WSW.
