On the crest of an E-W ridge. Circular area used as a garden (diam. 23.8m E-W; 22.7m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.2-4m; int. H 0.5-1m; ext. H 0.9-1.9m) which is reduced to a stone-faced scarp (H 1.8m) SE-SW and incorporated into a field bank NE-SE. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, but the perimeter has been quarried SW-NW.
