On a gentle N-facing slope of a low hill. Subcircular grass and rush-covered area (dims 33m E-W; 27.2m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 2-3.3m; int. H 0.2-0.3m; ext. H 0.6-1.3m), which is incorporated into a field bank SW-N-SE. An outer fosse (Wth of base 2.1m; D 0.8m) ESE-SSW is re-cut as a drain N-ESE, but absent elsewhere. There is no visible entrance. It remains unplanted but increasingly overgrown in a coniferous forest (OSAP).
