Marked similarly on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a gentle S-facing slope. A spring emerging from rock outcrop is enclosed by a concrete kerb (dims. 1.6m x 1m). There is a grass-covered rectangular penetential cairn (RO020-013002-) (dims. 7m x 4m; H 0.8m) just to the N and two pump-houses nearby, but there is no other evidence of veneration.
