On a low drumlin. Circular grass and scrub-covered area (diam. 34m E-W; 32m N-S) defined by an overgrown, flat-topped earthen bank (Wth of base 3.5-4m; Wth of top 2-2.3m; int. H 0.3-0.5m; ext. H 0.9-1m) which is reduced to a scarp N-NE, and an outer fosse (Wth of base 2.6-2.8m; D 0.4-0.8m) ENE-S-WNW. There is no visible entrance. Rath (RO018-010001-) is c. 90m to the WSW.
