What is recorded here

On the crest of a low NW-SE drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered but poached area (diam. 33m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by an earthen bank and hedge (Wth 3.1m at E to 4.7m at W; int. H 0.4m at S to 1.1m at N and W; ext. H 1.2m at E to 1.4m at S), and an outer fosse (Wth of top 4.4-5.7m; Wth of base 2.8m at W to 3.6m at E; D 0.6m), which is used as a farm track circumscribed by a field bank W-N-E.
