Marked as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated at the crest of the E-facing slope of a broad drumlin. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 17m N-S) defined by an arc (C 14m) of an earthen bank (Wth 4.4m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.4m) SSE-SSW and a band of parched vegetation (Wth 1-2m) NW-SSE. Rath (RO017-178----) is c. 200m to the WSW, and rath (RO017-180----) is c. 40m to the SE.
