In a bay (dims. c. 700m NW-SE; c. 250-450m NE-SW) on the NW side of the NE end of Grange Lough, and now isolated from the main lake to the E. Subcircular overgrown island (dims. 11m E-W; 9m N-S) of earth and stones (H 0.4m) with horizontal timbers visible offshore at SE.
