On the crest of a low NE-SW drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 25.5m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.7m at N to 7m at W; int. H 0.5m at W to 1.1m at S; ext. H 1.65m at N to 2m at W), and an outer fosse (Wth of base 2.5m; D 0.2m) SW-WNW. The entrance (Wth 3m) is at E, and a pond has been dug immediately outside the perimeter at S.
