On top of a drumlin. Described as a circular area (diam. 23m E-W; 22m N-S) defined by an earthen bank, with slight traces of a fosse at E (Gannon 1972). It is now visible as a subcircular grass-covered platform (dims 27m E-W; 23.5m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.25m at N to 0.7m at S). Earthwork (RO017-031----) is c. 100m to the NNE.
