Towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. Oval overgrown area (diam. 38m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.5m; int. H 0.75m; ext. H 1-1.7m) and an outer fosse (Wth of base 2.8m generally to 4.4m at E; D 0.15m at E to 0.7m at S) E-S-NNW, but the perimeter is reduced to a scarp (H 0.8m) elsewhere and the fosse is re-cut as a field drain SW-NW. There is no visible entrance. Rath (RO017-019----) is c. 110m to the NE.
