At the crest of a S-facing slope. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 30m ENE-WSW; 26m NNW-SSE) defined by an earthen bank (at WSW: Wth 6.6m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.7m) WSW-NNW, and a fosse visible as a band of lush vegetation (Wth 3.5-3.7m) WSW-NNE. There is an entrance (Wth 3.2m), probably modern, at W. The site is truncated by an ENE-WSW field bank at S and a pond at E.
