At the crest of a gentle NE-facing slope. Oval grass-covered area (dims 27m E-W; 21.5m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.5-0.8m NE-S to 1.7m S-W-NE), which is incorporated into a flat-topped field bank (Wth of base c. 3m; Wth of top 1.5m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.5m) with a pond outside it SSW-NW, and an outer re-cut fosse (Wth of top 10m; Wth of base 2m; ext. D 1.7m) NW-NE. There is no visible entrance. Rath (RO016-121----) is c. 170m to the S.
