On a level landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 26.5m E-W; 25.5m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.45m generally to 1.2m at S), and an outer fosse (Wth of base 1.7m at W to 3.5m at S; D 0.2-0.7m) S-NW which is re-cut as a drain acting as a townland boundary with Kilmacumsy NNE-SE. There is no visible entrance.
