On a low rise in an undulating landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 3m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2-2.5m; int. H 0.35m at N to 0.7m at S; ext. H 0.35-0.7m) surrounded by a berm (Wth 4-4.6m) defined by a scarp (H 1.5m) (ext. diam. of top 16m N-S; max. ext. diam. of base 26.3m N-S). Rath (RO016-026----) is c. 120m to the NW.
