At the N end of the crest of a low NW-SE ridge. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 36.2m E-W; 32.5m N-S) defined by an overgrown and gapped earthen bank (Wth 4.6-5.5m; int. H 0.6-0.8m; ext. H 1.4-1.5m), which has been truncated at E (Wth 2.3m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.8m) by a N-S field bank outside it and reduced to a scarp (H c. 0.8m) W-N. There is no visible fosse or entrance. Archaeological testing (05E0122) c. 50m to the W failed to produce any related material (Read, C. 2008g).
