Marked as a circular feature (diam. c. 35m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the bottom of a gentle SSE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 33m) defined by a scarp (H 0.2-0.5m), with traces of a fosse (Wth of base 2.9-3.3m; D 0.1-0.2m) N-E. Rath (RO011-123----) is c. 80m to the NE and rath (RO011-121----) is c. 190m to the S.
