On the N-facing slope of a slight NE-SW drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 25m E-W; 23.5m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4m; int. H 0.3-0.5m; ext. H 0.7-1m) E-S-W and an overgrown scarp (H 0.8m generally to 1.25m at N) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of base 3m at NW to 3.8m at S; D 0.2-0.3m) E-W-N. There is no visible entrance.
